The best and worst parts

The beds were comfortable. The indoor pool is a great touch! I enjoyed the ample breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit!

The bathroom's sliding door offers zero privacy, and there were significant cleanliness issues with the hot tub. This needs immediate attention!

I did not eat breakfast, but I like that it was quiet and safe.

I would like to go back there again, the place met my requirements. Location is decent and excellent, close to Restuarants. Make sure to get family room with sofa and operating handicapped amenities, as example. The staff are attentive and excellent❤😀👌

The hotel was decent and clean for the most part, with a comfortable bed and nice breakfast options, though the shower had drainage issues and the room had a strange noise when sitting on the bed. Staff seemed efficient but I had little direct interaction.

Did not have the rooms we reserved. Pointing fingers between Booked.net and the hotel. Only acomodation offer was to provide a roll-away bed. Not what we wanted for the price paid. All other hotels in area booked up, so had no choice.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BIG.

THE BED WASNT AS SOFT AS IT LOOKED . THE PEOPLE WHO HAD A ROOM ABOVE US WAS REALLY LOUD. IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP. THEY WAS SLAMMING FUNITURE ALL NIGHT.

Make sure to ask about pool supervision hours to avoid chaotic swimming experiences, especially if you enjoy a quieter atmosphere.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms clean and well stocked with towels and hand cloths. The heated pool and hot tub felt great after a stressful day. I recommend Hampton as THE place to stay in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The rooms had a smell like wet, stale carpet (recommend a commercial deodorizer). The desk in my room was broken down and bowed in the middle. It looked like it could fall any minute I was afraid to use it. The staff did not know how to retrieve a message left for us on the room phone and had to call the maintenance man to show us what to do.Rrecommend that you provide a pamphlet to explain the codes to retrieve messages.

The staff were both affable and excellent. Everything was nice, including good hot breakfasts with temp food and cheeper rates, for instance.

Good hotel with great internet access, friendly staff, and a clean room with a tv. I recall my first stay when the staff helped with my heavy baggage. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern tech features, made our tech-savvy family happy. The breakfast was a good surprise with multiple options including flavored waffles. One area for improvement would be maintaining the hot tub, which wasn't in top condition .
